What we collect

When you join our newsletter, we save your email address, signup date, and consent to receive marketing emails. If you email us directly, we receive the information you include in your message.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries and, if you subscribe, share exhibition news, previews, events, and workshops. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and service providers

Our website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage. These services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the site. Our subscriber list and website inquiries are accessible only through the private site editor. We may use an email delivery provider to send newsletters.

Cookies and other links

Site editing uses sign-in services. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. External booking and payment services have their own privacy policies; review them before submitting information.

Your choices

Newsletter signup is optional. You can request removal from our list, access to your signup information, or corrections by emailing concierge@localcolorga.com. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option.

Retention and updates

We keep subscription details until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless retention is needed for a legal obligation. We may update this policy as our services change.
